Sundays I usually run long runs. This time 21.8km through Royal Thai Navy Recruit Training Center on a paved road and then a section through the jungle to coastline.
Today the tide was low and it was a special pleasure to run through the rocky shore with mangrove trees at the same time when local Thais were digging shells out of the sand. After that, my route passed through Bang Saray Old Town where I made s stop to replenish my water supplies and have a short brake.
Then I continued across Bang Saray Beach Road to Soi Najomtien 56 along the sandy beach bypassing U Pattaya Sunset Village Beach Resort and Sunset Park Resort and Spa until Pure Sunset Beach where my watch showed 15km of total path.
On the way back to the place where I stay at Nordic Tropical Resort I again ran along the same way only with out jungle trail path. Once again I though in what beautiful place we have the opportunity to live with all the diversity of nature and infrastructure for different lifestyles and preferences of life.
